Been slacking a bit lately: missed one workout and three blog posts, however, I'll be well rested tomorrow and ready to continue my routine!

50 squats (10 x 5) 70 lbs (+5), cleared
19 dumbell presses (1 x 10 + 1 x 9) 30 lbs, failed on 10th rep of 2nd set
15 deadlifts (5 x 3) 130 lbs, cleared

11th Weigh-in

132.8 lbs

Chest: 92.2 cm
Stomach: 78.9 cm (around my belly button)
Right thigh: 48.3 cm
Left thigh: 48.4 cm

5th Workout

50 squats (10 x 5) 65 lbs (+5), cleared
30 sitting flies (3 x 10) 25 lbs (+5), cleared
15 deadlifts (5 x 3) 120 lbs (+10), cleared
30 leg lifts (3 x 10) leg weight, cleared

Did the workout slightly out of order today to rest between squats and deadlifts

130.8 lbs

Weight keeps fluctuating this week; I probably need to eat more.
